Congressman John Kline honored JBDB owner James Madsen, his wife, Mary Jo Lageson, and family at the "Star of the North" Special Recognition ceremony at the Lakeville Area Arts Center. James and his family donated their time along with other members from the Builders Association of the Twin Cities/Builders Outreach Foundation to help build homes for those who lost their homes in the devastating earthquake that hit Haiti over a year ago.
